balancer-v2 is a mature protocol. dev silence here likely means the core contracts are considered feature-complete. price weakness? possible, but more likely a governance shift toward balancer-v3 or a pivot to new vault architecture. balancer’s dev energy has been on the v3 rollout for months.

this isn’t abandonment, it’s a product lifecycle stage.
