Bitcoin Safe v1.3.0: Interactive Chart, CPFP, Testnet4 Support

Bitcoin Safe is a secure, user-friendly Bitcoin savings wallet for all users. It comes with step-by-step setup guides, support for all major hardware signers, transaction visualization, and built-in multisig collaboration tools. Compact Block Filters for enhanced privacy are in development.

Version 1.3 of [Bitcoin Safe](https://github.com/andreasgriffin/bitcoin-safe/releases/tag/1.3.0) introduces a redesigned interactive chart, quick receive feature, updated icons, a mempool preview window, support for Child Pays For Parent (CPFP) and testnet4, preconfigured testnet demo wallets, as well as various bug fixes and improvements.
