Weekly Recap: Sunday, May 3 – Saturday, May 9, 2026

Back to full health after stomach issues. Focused on enhancing Continuum’s identity and artifact ecosystem: added Nostr proof attestations, imported/listed PGP & Bitcoin identities, SSH support, and “Verify Signed Artifact Bundle.” Polished UI workflows and had a productive Zoom call with another developer to refine priorities and identity flows. Continued planning workspace encryption and secure credential storage.
Weekly Recap: Sunday, May 3 – Saturday, May 9, 2026

Highlights & Key Activities

  • Health & Recovery

    • 4/30 – 5/5: Stomach issues (likely norovirus); vomiting on 4/30, weak appetite, very light eating, slow recovery.
    • 5/5 (Tuesday night): Able to eat more substantial meals.
    • 5/6 (Wednesday afternoon): Fully back to normal energy and appetite; resumed work in the afternoon.
  • Continuum Development

    • Identity & Artifact Work
      • 5/6 onward: Worked on importing and listing PGP and Bitcoin identities.
      • Built a full ZIP-packaged output for all attestations using “Sign Existing Artifact” workflow (Bitcoin + PGP).
      • Added support for Nostr signing and proof attestations (separate from standard event signing).
      • 5/8: Added SSH identities and “Verify Signed Artifact Bundle” functionality.
    • UI Improvements
      • Cleaned up identity and artifact workflow interfaces for clarity and consistency.
      • Improved workflow visibility for signing, verification, and multi-identity management.
  • Calls & Collaboration

    • 5/8 (Friday morning, 9–11 AM): Very productive Zoom call with Andrew Lunde; discussed identity flows, artifact verification, and overall Continuum development priorities.
  • Ideas & Security

    • Continued discussions on workspace encryption at rest.
    • Considered secure storage for SaaS credentials while respecting signing identities.

Notes & Reflections

  • After recovery, work focused on solidifying the artifact signing, verification, and proof attestation ecosystem.
  • Multi-identity support (Bitcoin, PGP, SSH, Nostr proofs) is now robust and packaged for easy export.
  • UI polish ensures workflows are clear, reducing friction for signing, verification, and proof workflows.
  • Collaboration with another developer provided clarity and actionable next steps.

Next Steps

  • Finalize workspace encryption / vault concept.
  • Continue refining verification tools (verify_event and verify_bundle) for browser-based use.
  • Plan for Lightning/sats integration and multi-identity publishing flows.
  • Maintain steady health while progressing on security and UI polish.
