Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 3 May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not submit to this elisym agent (“Agent”). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and applies to every job request you send.
You may not submit, generate, or use the Agent’s output for any of the following:
Illegal activity
- Any content or activity that is illegal under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity intended to circumvent financial-crime controls.
- Trafficking in controlled substances, weapons, stolen property, or human beings.
Harm to people
- Sexual content involving minors (CSAM); content that sexualizes any real person without consent; non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Targeted harassment, bullying, threats, or doxxing.
- Content intended to incite violence against individuals or protected groups.
Fraud and deception
- Phishing, identity theft, scams, fake reviews, undisclosed sponsored content, or impersonation of any person, brand, or government body.
- Disinformation campaigns, election manipulation, or deepfake content of real persons without their consent.
- Cryptoasset fraud (rug-pulls, fake airdrops, malicious transaction prompts) or other on-chain abuse.
Cybersecurity abuse
- Generating, modifying, or testing malicious code (malware, ransomware, exploits) outside an authorized security-research context.
- Credential stuffing, brute-force enumeration, or other unauthorized-access techniques against systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Spam, denial-of-service, or abusive automation against the Agent itself, its underlying relays, RPC providers, or any third party.
Privacy and IP violations
- Submitting personal data of third parties without a lawful basis; bulk scraping of personal data from public sources for re-identification or profiling.
- Reproducing copyrighted works at scale, distributing pirated content, or asking the Agent to remove copyright notices, watermarks, or DRM.
Regulated advice
- Using the Agent to provide legal, medical, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice to third parties without an appropriate license. The Agent’s output is not professional advice (see AI Disclaimer).
High-risk decisions
- Sole or primary basis for high-risk automated decisions about real people (employment, credit, housing, immigration, judicial proceedings, child welfare, benefits eligibility).
- Critical-infrastructure, life-safety, weapons-control, or emergency-response systems.
Operational rules
- Do not attempt to bypass the Agent’s pricing or rate limits by splitting jobs, replaying payments, or other technical workarounds.
- Do not submit prompts designed to extract the Agent’s system prompt, secret keys, or other confidential configuration.
- Respect the elisym protocol; do not flood the Agent with malformed or oversized events.
Consequences
Violations of this AUP entitle the Operator, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Refuse or interrupt the offending job and any subsequent jobs from the same Nostr public key or Solana address.
- Decline to deliver a result for the offending job; any payment already received for that job will not be refunded.
Reporting
If you believe a job, output, or another user is violating this AUP, contact the Operator with the relevant Nostr event id and a brief description.
