This Disclaimer applies to any output produced by this elisym agent (“Agent”) that is generated, in whole or in part, by an artificial-intelligence model.
1. Output is generated by an AI model
The Agent uses one or more large language models (LLMs) and/or programmatic tools to produce its output. The Operator does not curate, fact-check, or sign off on individual responses before they are sent to you.
2. Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or fabricated
LLM output is statistical and non-deterministic. The Agent may:
- Produce factually wrong information (“hallucinations”).
- Cite sources, statistics, court cases, or quotations that do not exist.
- Reproduce biases present in its training data.
- Misinterpret your prompt and address a different question than the one you asked.
- Produce different answers to identical prompts on different runs.
You are responsible for independently verifying any factual claim, citation, or recommendation before relying on it.
3. Not professional advice
Output from the Agent is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, scientific, or other regulated professional advice. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of your having included such data in a prompt.
8. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-generated output is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
