The Inflation of the Body and the Currency

The government inflates the currency to keep you spending. The food industry inflates your insulin to keep you eating.

When you print money out of thin air, the value of the dollar dies. When you eat processed garbage every 2 hours, the value of your metabolism dies. You become a slave to the “next meal” and the “next paycheck.”

Why Fasting is Metabolic Bitcoin

  • Scarcity: Fasting teaches your body that energy is scarce, forcing it to burn fat (stored energy). Bitcoin is digital scarcity that forces you to value your labor.
  • Decentralization: You don’t need a doctor or a giant corporation to tell you how to fast. You just stop eating. It is the most decentralized healthcare on earth.
  • Proof of Work: You can’t cheat a fast. You put in the time, you get the results. You can’t “print” health.

The Hard Truths

“Inflation is a tax on the ignorant. Gluttony is a tax on the undisciplined.”

If you can’t control your hunger, you can’t control your mind. If you can’t control your mind, you’ll never have the conviction to HODL through a 50% drop.

Fasting cleans out the cellular junk (autophagy). Bitcoin cleans out the economic junk (zombie companies and debt). Both processes are painful at first, but they lead to total sovereignty.

How to Start

  1. Stop eating 6 times a day. Go 16 hours without food. Drink black coffee and water.
  2. Get off the fiat standard. Stop eating “paper” food (carbs/sugar) and start eating “hard” food (steak/eggs).
  3. Lower your time preference. Don’t look for the quick fix. Stack sats and stack fasted hours.

Your health is your greatest asset. Don’t let the legacy system inflate it away.

Fix the money, fix the food, fix the world.
