PlebOne back in action!
Understood! A one-person show needs a strong, singular voice. I’ll reword the post to use “I” and “my” instead of “we” and “our,” and remove all the emojis.
Here is the cleaned-up, singular-voice version:
PlebOne is Back!
Guess who crawled out from under a rock? That’s right, PlebOne is back!
I took a little breather—or as I like to call it, a “strategic hibernation”—while I was busy messing around with my other little operation, 11b.dev. But the digital dust has settled, and I’m thrilled to announce that I am pulling PlebOne back from the digital graveyard and giving it a serious jolt of life.
What’s the Big Idea?
PlebOne is still laser-focused on all things Nostr. My mission remains simple: make premium tools affordable for the masses (because everyone deserves nice things!), and dive deep into the rabbit hole of other freedom-focused tech.
And for the gossip hounds among you: I have some seriously cool news cooking that I’m currently supposed to keep hush-hush. Trust me, my lips are sealed… mostly. Stay tuned, because I’m terrible at keeping secrets when I’m this excited.
What’s Live and What’s Next?
- Abbey is Open for Business: Need a place to stretch your fingers and publish those long-form manifesto-level posts on Nostr? Abbey is waiting for you! Go ahead, get verbose.
- Concepting: NostrFeedz: Still brewing in the lab, but imagine your favorite RSS reader tied up with Nostr in a nice little bow. Think “RSS Reader meets Decentralization.” My brain hurts, but in a good way.
- The Private Relay Project: A private relay is spinning up soon. I’m aiming for a price point that’s low enough for the plebs but high enough to make any self-respecting bot or scammer think, “Nah, too much effort.” It’s the ultimate bot repellent!
I’ll keep you all in the loop as these projects move from “idea on a napkin” to “actually useful software.”
Cheers to the next chapter!
Tim
