100-Year-Old Walking 5K During Ottawa Race Weekend to Raise Funds for Seniors Roy Allen, a 100-year-old man, is set to become the first centenarian to walk a 5K at the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend. He is undertaking this challenge to raise funds for several seniors’ organizations that have assisted with the care of his wife, Melba, who has dementia.
