german pancakes - the easy way
relatively thin pancakes

great addition is my hot cherries “sauce”, or simply powdered sugar or applesauce.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 300g flour
- 350ml milk (>=3,5%)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- mix all ingredients with a hand mixer
- use a shallow pan and heat it up
- using a ladle and pour in a portion of batter at a time. Swirl the pan until the batter is evenly distributed. You want to cover the entire bottom of the pan with the batter.
- after some time (depends on the heat on my scale 1-9 i often choose 6 or 6.5) turn the dough
- stack the finished pancakes on a plate and enjoy them still warm <3
