SEC-07 Feature fest

Six protocol features that landed against jmcorgan/fips during SEC-07 weeks 1–3 — automesh, gateways, ACLs, hole punching.

A round-up of protocol/feature work shipped during the SEC-07 cohort, all merged.

- Automesh (Jonathan) — automatic mesh discovery across WiFi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet, with /etc/fips/hosts for FIPS name resolution.

- FIPS Gateway (Jonathan & Arjen) — router with NAT that brings FIPS to every device on the network, including sharing sites over Bluetooth.

- FIPS Inbound Gateway (Jonathan & Arjen) — replaceable Nostr events advertising endpoints, plus hole punching for inbound connections from behind NAT.

- ACL (Alex) — /etc/fips/peers.deny-style allow/deny rules; PR [#50](https://github.com/jmcorgan/fips/pull/50).

- Nostr Hole Punch — STUN-based NAT traversal with gift-wrapped session details for direct peer connections.
