Summary
If you are a hard core privacy advocate this note app is for you, FOSS, fully stacked with most needed features and no internet access plus and excellent look and feel.
Nowadays most note apps are cloud based or web based with accounts and your data at the mercy of an allegedly encrypted service you are supposed to trust for is written in the terms of service in the section privacy (LOL), in truth, most of the times filled with security flaws or worst, a bad agent selling your metadata or even worst, your data itself.
