In my article about Tea meditation i shared some insides how to change focus and be more relaxed and productive. Today I want to share with you my typical work day as a tea session.

Morning - Puehr

I usually start the day with a puehr tea meditation. It is good for the Digestive System and your microbiome. Main trick it is much softer in action than regular coffee. After puehr I feel more focused with a sharp mind. Meditation give a opportunity to get on track and be more relaxed and productive

Working Day - Mate

image Yerba Mate - is my workday friend that helps me to stay hydrated and focused. It suppresses hunger and all distributions and brings a work flow and focus. If i need to push a bit more - mate really helps me to doit without caffeine crash. Mate is a magic combination of coffee , tea and chocolate as far as it contains caffeine, theanine, and theobromine. So it is a sugar chocolate replacement.

Evening time - hoijcha

image It is better not to take a coffin heavy drinks 8 hours before sleep. hoijcha is amazing japanese tea. It is actually a roasted green tea with a caramel and nuts teaste. My favorite trick is to brew hoijcha with a mint tea with a bit of oatmilk. hoijcha contain a lot of relaxants and good staff that helps me to disconnect.
