Consejo Nacional de Juventud Sandinista visita Madriz, Nueva Segovia, Estelí y Matagalpa The National Council visited Municipal and Departmental Councils of Sandinista Youth from November 14th to 28th in Madriz, Nueva Segovia Suroeste, Estelí, and Matagalpa Noreste. Discussions focused on strengthening youth organization and reviewing plans for cultural, sports, and environmental activities during December celebrations. An INATEC graduation of 152 technicians from Jalapa for national productive development was also mentioned.
