Ecopetrol anuncia el aumento de su oferta de gas natural en un 14% para 2026 Ecopetrol will increase its natural gas offering by 14% to 210 GBTUD in 2026, up from 184 GBTUD in 2025, to guarantee supply for homes, businesses, transport, and the National Transportation System. This increment, driven by internal efficiency and renewable energy integration, will see a 37% rise in supply for the residential and commercial sectors. The company expects the contracted price of US$6.5/MBTU for 2026 to be reflected in lower user bills.
