Falleció en Bogotá el general retirado Jorge Mora Rangel, negociador de la paz con las Farc Retired Army General Jorge Enrique Mora Rangel, former Commander of the Colombian Military Forces and a member of the government’s peace negotiation team with the FARC, died in Bogotá at the age of 80. He had been hospitalized for several weeks due to health issues. Mora Rangel also played a key role in implementing the Plan Patriota and later served as an ambassador.
