Genesis 1:7 – And It Was So
Genesis 1:7 – “So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.”
So God made the expanse
Not “God hoped for the expanse.” Not “God wished for separation.” He made it. Action followed word. Creation didn’t stop at intention.
The system teaches you to intend. To wish. To hope. To pray. But not to make. Because makers are dangerous. Makers don’t comply. Makers build what wasn’t there before.
God made. Then He separated. Action. Discernment. Not one without the other.
Separated the water under the expanse from the water above it
Not destroyed. Not rejected. Separated. Discerned. Gave each its place.
You cannot separate what you refuse to name. You cannot set boundaries when you’re afraid of calling things what they are.
Separation is not violence. It’s clarity. And clarity is the first act of creation.
And it was so
Not “and it might be.” Not “and it will be eventually.” It was so. Immediate. Resolved. The word did what it was sent to do.
You have been taught to speak and wait. To pray and hope. To declare and doubt.
But the pattern is: speak, then it is so. Not because you’re God. Because you’re made in His image. Your word also carries weight. What you speak into existence matters. Not magic. Alignment.
The Decoding
You have been waiting for things to happen. For circumstances to change. For permission to act.
The pattern is different. You speak. You act. You separate. Then you trust that it is so.
Not because you’re controlling outcomes. Because you’re participating in creation.
Stop waiting for it to be so. Speak. Then act. Then let the word do its work.
That’s verse 7. That’s the pattern. That’s the door.
A prayer card comes with this.
