Design Seamless Relay Browsing Somehow

This is a design bounty based on https://bountsr.org/relay-browsing/. The idea is that users should be able to group, filter, and view content with the relay the content was found on taking a prominent place in the interface. The goal is to allow users to discover what kind of content exists on a given relay (in the putative future).
