Alone In Valentine (single)
@JoeMartin (Joe Martin) brings its all about the song..
The first single release from my new album Alone In Valentine.
Written by Joe Martin and Steve Anderson
Produced by Cal Campbell
Mixed by James Wyatt
Mastered by Rogan Kelsey
Photography by Steve Anderson featuring Amanda Bloom
Lyrics:
In a beat up Silverado,
Through southern Colorado
She’ll be on the interstate,
‘Til sometime late tomorrow
All she’s left behind,
Is their life there in the pines
Took the pieces of her broken heart
To try and build a better life
All the words left unsaid
All the many miles ahead
On some highway far away,
She’ll find a place to pray
And ask the lord for strength from up on high
Headed for tomorrow, in that beat up Silverado
She’ll find her way to finally say goodbye
Standing there at night,
Lost in the Marfa lights
Tequila in the evening,
Alone in Valentine.
A movie at the Starlight,
A drive down River Road,
The Eagles’ “Desperado,” playing on the radio.
All the words left unsaid,
All the many miles ahead
On some highway far away,
She’ll find a place to pray
And ask the lord for strength from up on high
Headed for tomorrow, in that beat up Silverado
She’ll find her way to finally say goodbye
Those ashes in her hand
On the banks of the Rio Grande
A warm Texas wind,
To take him home again
Across that Great Divide,
She says her last goodbyes
Her hands on the wheel,
Tears in her eyes…
In his beat up Silverado,
Through southern Colorado…

Crocodile Tears
@JoeMartin (Joe Martin) brings its all about the song..
Single from my album Empty Passenger Seat
Lyrics:
Well I don’t need, too much in a woman
Just someone who cares to love me like they should do
Oh I need her in my arms, instead I find myself alone
And lately I’ve been talking to her answer phone
Oh her high maintenance keeps wearing me down
And her lies, about who she’s seeing around this town
Causes me to wonder why, I ain’t already said goodbye
And keep falling for those crocodile tears she cries
Well sometimes, I think I got to be crazy
For putting up with the shit that she does daily
Oh she’ll lecture me on how to live my life
Then stab me with that - moral high ground - knife
To watch me bleed with a hypercritical smile
Oh her high maintenance keeps wearing me down
And her lies, about who she’s seeing around this town
Causes me to wonder why, I ain’t already said goodbye
And keep falling for those crocodile tears she cries
Let me tell you something baby
I standing for the way you been treating me lately
Oh her eyes, are staring into someone else’s now
And she tries to deny it when I ask her, oh I don’t know how
I haven’t seen the light, and already said goodnight
And keep falling for those crocodile tears she cries
And keep falling for those crocodile tears she cries

Lyrics:
Acknowledging the good that is already in your life
Is the foundation for all abundance
For all abundance
Blossoming in awareness
Embodying the laws of nature
Man know thyself
And you will know the universe
The universe
By replacing fear of the unknown
Take a moment of stillness
And allow this moment to be
Without imposing stories

Chapter Fifteen : The Last Days of Loki
@sondreb (SondreB) brings founder of Nostria. Founder of Liberstad. Voluntaryist. Decentralize everything..
Lyrics:
[Intro]
Ash on the sky
Rope on the wind
Names in the dark
Start to tighten
[Verse 1]
Word spreads
Slow and cold
Every hall
Every home
“Have you heard what he’s done?
He has broken the bones of the world”
Blood on the feast
Laughter that cut too deep
He played with the threads
Pulled doubt from the mouths of the brave
They count the debts he stacked
Every trick
Every pact
A joke that cracked the shield
Now the cracks run under the earth
[Pre-Chorus]
You can laugh at a king
You can spit in the storm
But once you stab at the heart of the sky
They come for you in full form
[Chorus]
These are the last days of Loki
Run
Little flame
Run
Every lie you lit is glowing
And it’s pointing like a blade at your blood
These are the last days of Loki
Hear the hunt in the ground
When the laughter dies to choking
They will drag you where the sun can’t be found
[Verse 2]
He runs where the rivers twist
Feet cut
Breath in fists
Wife and child in the shadows
Told “Hide
I’ll find you again”
But the woods all know his gait
Even stone remembers his face
Every root
Every raven eye
Whispers
“They’re coming. They’re close.”
The Aesir walk like war
Step by step to his door
No more riddles
No masks
Just judgment under the clouds
[Pre-Chorus]
You can dance on a blade
You can slip every chain
But once your tricks taste holy blood
Even chaos gets chained
[Chorus]
These are the last days of Loki
Run
Little flame
Run
Every lie you lit is glowing
And it’s pointing like a blade at your blood
These are the last days of Loki
Hear the hunt in the ground
When the laughter dies to choking
They will drag you where the sun can’t be found
[Bridge]
[Music drops
Whispered vocal over grinding build]
They took the sons he sired
Turned brother against brother
Guts twisted into iron
For the father of every false cover
Stone for a bed
Stone for his wrists
Stone for a ceiling
Too low to resist
Venom in a living thread
Dripping slow from a jaw of dread
Every drop
A burned-out star
Every scream
One step toward war
(Sigyn waits… hands shaking)
(Bowl raised… arms breaking)
When her strength gives out
When it spills
His voice is a crack in the hills
[Chorus]
These are the last days of Loki
No more roads to run
Every curse he spoke is folding
And it’s stitching him shut in the dark
These are the last days of Loki
Hear his name in the ground
When the poison carves his story
Every shudder is a tremor of doom coming down
[Outro]
Remember this pain
Remember this cave
When the world starts to shiver
And the wolves slip the chains
(He is waiting)
(He is waiting)
Last days of Loki
Are only
The first taste
Of the end

Empty Passenger Seat
@JoeMartin (Joe Martin) brings its all about the song..
This track includes a music video.
Title track of my first album Empty Passenger Seat
Lyrics:
Big city lights are shining down on me
Different ones than yesterday
And although they don’t spell my name
I know that they will someday
Drinking all the backstage beer
Trying to drown out your tears
Man it’s been a long time since I’ve been home
God it feels like years
Forgive me for my confusion
I got sold a rock and roll delusion
Now it’s taking its toll and it’s catching up with me
Got my foot to the floor going nowhere fast
Don’t see how I can make this last
Was convinced, that my life would be complete
Beside an empty passenger seat
Beside an empty passenger seat
Another service stop
Oh another train to hop
Another corner street busker singing in the rain
Restringing my J45
Stage side nerves make me feel alive
But I think of you
To try and keep me sane
Oh forgive me for my confusion
I got sold a rock and roll delusion
Now it’s taking its toll and it’s catching up with me
Got my foot to the floor going nowhere fast
Don’t see how I can make this last
Was convinced, that my life would be complete
Beside an empty passenger seat
Beside an empty passenger seat
Forgive me for my confusion
I got sold a rock and roll delusion
Now it’s taking its toll and it’s catching up with me
Got my foot to the floor going nowhere fast
Don’t see how I can make this last
Now I know, that my life won’t be complete
Beside an empty passenger seat
Beside an empty passenger seat
Beside an empty passenger seat
Beside an empty passenger seat

With Isocyanates, eardiod proposes a 6 track EP of gritty techno. Organic and unexpected, most of eardiod's work is sequenced on the go, by hand on a setup mixing hardware boxes and software synthesizers. Echoing from the remnants of Stockholm's underground scene, this release takes you on a trip to basement raves where lasers pierce the smoke.

Hoarders can get piles of money,
That is true, hackers, that is true.
But they cannot help their neighbors;
That’s not good, hackers, that’s not good.
When we have enough free software
At our call, hackers, at our call,
We’ll kick out those dirty licenses
Ever more, hackers, ever more.
