RTS: NIS filed a new OFAC request for a special operating license, existing one expires March 20 Naftna industrija Srbije (NIS) has submitted a request to the United States Department of the Treasury for a special operating license, as their current license is set to expire on March 20. Additionally, NIS holds a license for negotiations regarding the exit of Russian ownership until March 24. The majority owner, Gazpromneft, has already proposed a sale of its stake to MOL, and is awaiting a response from OFAC.
