                        Black Box Launch - Update #1

First of all a sincere THANK YOU for signing up for the exclusive home mining Black Box launch!

At Upstream Data we have been a passionate advocate for home mining since we started business in 2017. In fact, like many of you, we started our mining journey at home in the garage with a single S9 learning the ropes and figuring out how to build a business with little very precedent to use as a blueprint.

Almost 5 years later we have made a mark in the oilfield mining industry and are now extremely excited to start building products for a much underserved market in this space and bring it back to where we started - at HOME!

NEXT STEPS

Serving the retail market is brand new to us and there are simply a lot of logistics involved in manufacturing and shipping over 750 Black Boxes across Canada and the United States, so we are presently working through finalizing shipping costs and ASIC supplier options to make sure we are able to provide accurate pricing and delivery schedules for those of you that proceed with the full order.

We will be following up within one week with another update with estimated pricing, delivery schedule and full specs of the product. At that point you will have to commit to the order with a small, non-refundable bitcoin deposit else we will consider your order cancelled.

Note we have made the following decisions to make this process more streamlined and easier to administer for our team:

• We will only be accepting bitcoin as payment. It is simply too cumbersome at this point for us to use CAD or USD for so many individual users.

• Customers will likely get to choose between Antminer S19J or Whatsminer M30S models (to be confirmed in the following update)

• Once full payment is received we will be working to get your ASIC shipped to you ASAP so you are not waiting for it a losing out on potential revenue while you wait for your Black Box to arrive.
