Hello everyone!

Thank you for your patience with us while we figured out how to do a direct-to-retail product offering for the first time! :D

Due to customer input we have revised our order process as per the steps below. To make up for this unexpected change we are offering you the additional option to buy a stand-alone Black Box :D

We also made some other changes as well, I’ve outlined them all in the Additional Details below.

In the future we intend to build an online store for our retail products if this turns into a successful launch, so please help us make it happen :P

Steps to order:

• Review this entire email + attachments and make sure you understand the product your are receiving

• Email blackbox@upstreamdata.ca from this email address you used to sign up so we can identify you from the presale list

• In your email please let sales know which option you would like below. Note upon request we can consider procuring related ASIC models not shown below, such as the Antminer S19 series.

• Prices can vary for ASICs by the day with the market conditions. You will work with our sales reps directly on ASIC's being offered and final pricing if you choose to bundle them

• When you have decided on your order you will be given a bitcoin address to remit payment and invoiced by our staff

• Upon order completion your Black Box will be put into production and your ASIC hardware (if applicable) will be shipped to you with tracking within an estimated ~3-4 weeks of payment.

Additional Details:

• ALL payments must be paid in bitcoin, all sales are final. Upstream Data ASIC Purchase Policy terms will be attached to invoices.

• We will only be offering one option for the Black Box, the 28“ version. This holds up to two new gen ASICs (e.g. S19, M30S shown) or 4x old gen (e.g. S9)

• All Black Box launch orders will get some added treats / tokens of appreciation for joining us at launch :D

• We have been busy building a new assembly line for producing black boxes, we expect it to come online first week of January 2022. We estimate to begin shipping Black Boxes by the end of January.

• All ASICs bundled with your order will be shipped ASAP so you are not waiting on hardware when it could be hashing at home and earning you sats

• Please read and consult the attached brochure of the Ohmm™ Black Box. Use the Telegram forum linked for additional questions.

• We recommend all customers use a qualified and licensed electrician to install the Black Box. The Black Box does NOT include electrical equipment beyond the PSU cables, which are shipped loose. It is critical you ensure the power distribution is properly protected to keep you and your family safe from electrical hazards!
